This is the most reliable, high quality coffee vendor in my experience. Been buying from them for at least 10 years. The prices are great, delivery fast and consistently very responsive to any emails or questions. Like many people, I've become a coffee snob by accident. Just by virtue of not being able to survive on other brands. Wallenford Estate Blue Mountain and Costa Rica Geisha honey processed are my current addiction. Thanks for doing what your do.

I spent more than a humanly amount of time surfing the web for coffee when I got my new high end coffee machine Ratio Six, which makes amazing coffee btw, so I wanted a GOOD coffee bean. My fav is 100% Hawaiian, not Kona coffee and some other coffee mixed in. I was extremely happy with my purchase from Gold star. I purchased a Costa Rican, a 100% Hawaiian and a Tanzania Peaberry whole bean coffees for the first time. Wow! Extremely fast shipping and quality packaging. Coffee comes with handwritten dates of when the coffee was roasted and it was within one or two weeks of receiving as well as a note of appreciation for purchase. I felt valued as a customer! I love that it is shipped in Canada. The prices are unbeatable, seriously, for this good of coffee. So very fairly priced! We use a burr grinder for grinding our coffee fresh on a daily basis. Omg does the coffee EVER TASTE AMAZING! The Hawaiian was mind blowing, the other two coffees were an extremely close second only because I prefer Hawaiian but still amazing! Our friends always want to come for coffee because it’s so darn good! Please don’t blame the coffee if you order and find it bitter. There is a very distinct process to make good coffee, starting with a GOOD coffee maker, burr grinder with the correct grind, proper filters to eliminate the bitter oils, proper measuring of beans per cup, brewing temp etc…. Our household will only order this coffee from now on as it is the best all around, service and quality product. I also love that it supports the Autism Foundation with donations from purchases as well! Well done Gold Star! 👏🏼Thank you! It really is the worlds best tasting coffee.

Used to be good till last purchase. To be more detailed, the last one recieved has pretty light taste. I dring black coffee only, I can tell the differneces right away. The package's smell is almost unnoticeable. More embarrasing, I gave them to my relatives as gift. 2 star is unfair. I adjust to 3 star. Hope I explained clearly, no more phone calls, please.

Ordered Cafe 6 45 Blend, Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and Yemen Mocha Coffee. All 3 very good. Cafe 6 45 and Ethiopian are lighter than Yemen coffee, which is a little bolder and i have that during the evening. I like the bags the coffee comes in. It can reseal and still smells great days later. Good job on bag design. Free shipping over $60, which was a selling point for me. Once my bags are almost finished i'll be back for sure. " Worlds Best Coffee"? Yeah, I'd have to agree.

I recently ordered the 6lb set of green beans as a Christmas gift for my husband who has a home roaster. I was so happy to come across Gold Star as an online source for unroasted beans, since we'd lost the two main suppliers we'd been buying from in the Toronto area over the last few years. Gold Star's selection is fantastic, and the two varieties we've tried since Christmas (from Costa Rica and Hawaii) have been outstanding quality. Their customer service is great too - a missing pound in the initial shipment was rectified quickly without hassle, and arrived the next day. I can highly recommend Gold Star for quality beans and service. Update 12/24: Still ordering our beans from Gold Star - they never disappoint!

Speedy delivery and Just amazing flavoured coffees! I also get decaf flavoured as well and they are just as great. My favourite is snickerdoodle in both regular and decaf 😍 I used to use a company close to home, but they have stopped carrying my favourites. This was a really great (and even better) replacement! They are so generous and included some free coffee things in my last box ordered. I have tried about 10 flavours so far! The packaging is also impressive and really appealing.

I am a dedicated and very loyal roasted bean customer. Been with them for years and if you are not buying your roasted coffee beans from them, you are missing an amazing gift. The products are by far above what I pay. The service is a 12 on a 1 to 10. If you indulge yourself with some of the higher quality and cost items, you will never go back to wherever you were.
