I always buy beans that are roasted dark as hell and greasy looking. Didn't think I'd be that into a medium roast coffee, but these beans are amazing. AMAZING! Finally, a bean that delivers all the caffeine I need in one absolutely fucking delicious cup.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! They are the nicest people I have ever met encounter online and the coffee is phenomenal. Not only do their seasonal offerings blow the PSL (Priority Substances Listout) of the water, their other flavours of coffee are oh so tasty. From my first order, I was so impress by the ""fresh"" coffee all delievered to my home with care (perfect packaging). I just can't rave enough about this coffee. The prices are the ""BEST"". in fact less expensive than my super Market. $14. 99 for 340gr = $20. 02 for 454gr. With Gold Star coffee, 18. 01 for 454gr and with their promotions, it often cost me only $17. 19 per 454gr when I buy 10 bags. Gentleman living in Toronto.

We have been ordering Gold Star Kona Coffee from the website for the past 3 or 4 years and have enjoyed the consistently high quality and rich taste of the whole bean product. Recently, I've been working at an office that has a K-cup coffee machine and have ordered the Kona K-cups as a holiday treat for my coworkers. So now my coffee-drinking coworkers have also enjoyed Gold Star Kona coffee (I'm not sure if anyone has yet ordered for themselves - there has been some interest). We intend to keep ordering and drinking Gold Star as long as you keep roasting and shipping!

Purchased 3 flavoured, one extra caffeine and the obligatory expresso blends. Coffee arrived nice and fast and with a new expresso machine purchase, this was of course my first taste. Rich, flavourful, aromatic and dark with no bitterness. . . . . . . was an instant hit for me! I am impressed with the choices and blends, but like all else, you get what you pay for and as such I think the blends are at a great price point for great coffee. I've been using it for years. I buy 10 pounds at a time. The taste is better and less acidic than any other beans I tried. I grind daily for my daily need. Customer service is exceptional. When I have a question I get fast answer by email or phone call from George. I like however the old packaging more than the current one. Sometimes I open a one pound pack and empty it in an old package bag. I average 10 pounds 3-4 times a year.

So far, after trying coffees from at least 20 different countries, the blends are proving to be the best in the world for me. And, this particular blend has hit the bulls-eye. I made some for my staunch 91 year old mother-in-law and she said, ""That tastes wonderful!"". I told her it was free shipping on orders over $60. 00. She reached in her purse, pulled out a 50 and a 10 and said, ""That tastes wonderful. Get some more of that. "" If you knew how frugal (tight ?) she is, you would be as shocked as I am. When you receive roasted whole beans it would be nice to know the date they were roasted. If you receive ground coffee the date they were roasted and ground would be great to also know this date. Also when you receive both roasted and green whole beans you do not know which is which. They must be labeled!
