I have gotten these before, and as always, they do not disappoint me. My favorite is the Yauco Selecto, but they are all excellent coffees. For roasting, I suggest a light city roast.

On visiting Hawaii for our 30th anniversary I found the coffee was a major part of the problem with acid reflux and switched to Kona Coffee per a recommendation from a lady selling coffee in Kailua Kona. Good but not great. Liked it. Will likely order again. Wished it hard a little more roast time to it. I’m used to Ethiopian having a bit bolder flavor.

The coffee is wonderful, as was expected. But the delivery from UPS was horrible. It took an extra week to get delivered and then I'm sure the guy I talked to in New York probably helped a great deal. Without his help I'd probably still be waiting for my delicous coffee.

I ordered 4 1-lb bags of coffee; 1 Ethiopian Limu 1 Ethiopian Harrar 1 Tanzanian Pea Berry 1 Kenyan Pea Berry I have tried all of them now except for the Harrar and have been impressed as all 3 kinds have been exceptionally mild in terms of acidity. Delivery was fast and prices are pretty good. If there's anything at all that could improve it would be to give the option of different roasts for each kind, but other than that very good coffee.

I love African coffees but find it very difficult to purchase them in medium roast. Gold Star offered them at a reasonable price, freshly roasted and very tasty. I received them 2 days after roasting. My family, friends and I are delighted.
