I received my coffee last week and so far have just tried the Honduran Yellow Honey. It is a very nice mild coffee. You definitely smell the honey notes when you grind it. Looking forward to trying other coffees in my order.

So far, we have tasted the Honduras, Yemen, mmmMidnight, and decaf Hawaiian; all of them were excellent! The decaf Hawaiian is the very best decaf that we have tried to date. This is my favorite coffee and I seem to always go back to it. It is rich and smooth. I use the pour-over method, which seems to bring out the great flavor this single origin favorite.
Bought some decaf for my wife and I generally think it’s watered down and basically garbage. NOT THE CASE HERE, was flavorful not weak tasting and thoroughly enjoyable. Now I’m curious to see what their fully leaded version tastes like, I’m expecting great things when they can make unleaded coffee taste this good

6lb of freshly roasted, single origin, and sometimes rare coffee beans is hard to come by and gold star makes it easy! I received the coffee about one week after roasting which is optimal. All of the beans were fresh and produced a lot of crema during espresso brewing. Each pound of coffee was individually bagged and sealed for easy use and the bags have reusable seals. The beans were high in quality and concentrated in flavor, making them excellent for espresso. The only thing I'll have to find out more about is the roast level on the label. Instead of a "light, medium, dark" the roast level indicated on the bags is "city. " Very happy with the purchase and I would buy again. These make excellent gifts for coffee lovers.
Gold star coffees are by far, the best I've tried, and the customer service is wonderful. I particularly enjoy the decaf Kona, either mixed with other types of beans, or on its own. It is super smooth and satisfying. I start my day with it every day.
