Fantastic coffee
I drink a lot of coffee and got a bag of the Black given to me as a Christmas gift. It's a low acid coffee unlike most coffee it doesn't have the bitterness to it. My wife and I loved it so we looked it up to try and get more. It is available on Amazon but not as a great value or freshness as Goldstar offers. With Goldstar your beans will be roasted and sent to you right away they don't sit on a shelf for months so you get extremely fresh smelling coffee. When I make a fresh ground pot the aroma fills the house and smells great. Goldstar offers a lot of bonuses for free coffee I just wish they were full size bags but it did give us a sample of the other flavors. We got a great product and speedy service thanks Goldstar.

Great decaf- over roasted for a medium though
It was a Columbian decaf with more possibilities. . I wish I hadn’t asked for a medium roast City. It seemed that it was still “too roasted “ for my taste. Has a slight bitterness to it. Next time I’ll need to ask for a lighter roast. Now with 6 # order I’’ve got a long way to go. I did better with the decaf Kona. It was never this dark of a medium roast .

What drew me to this coffee site originally was the lure of a new flavor. Panama Esmeralda Geisha. Unfortunately all sold out. (Can't wait for the next crop) I decided to try the Jamaican Blue Mountain and Hawaiian Kona as I was getting low from my regular supplier. As soon as I opened up one of the packs I was blown away. The deep fragrance that overpowered your senses was truly amazing. It immediately brought me back to my European roots when my parents used to grind the fresh coffee by hand. I emptied my burr grinder and poured in this new treasure and could hardly wait to try this coffee. I was not disappointed. Finally a black cup of full flavor the way it was meant to be. Kuddos to you Gold Star Coffee. Needless to say you have gained a new customer. By the way, the free half pound of mmmMoccha was a pleasant surprise and opened me up to a new flavor which I probably would not have tried otherwise.

The Coffee Gods have spoken, amazing coffee, did a combo pack and had tried a couple today (Jamaica Blue Mountain and the 50 Blend that i forgot and they added for free) and this is what coffee is, great roast, great taste, great service. Had a small shipping hiccup, not their fault, holiday and weather, but they were ready to fix it if needed right away. Will be ordering again for sure. Aeropress, 20 grams medium-fine grind, filled half with off boil spring water (no human contact or processing until we bottle from source), let bloom 30 seconds, gave a stir and filled to top, 1 minute soak and 1 45-sec-1-min press. Perfect!

A ""can't be beat"" coffee buy. The price, the service, and the delivery interval are terrific. It was good to see that the price dropped after you changed the packaging. Nor more unnecessary canvas bag covers over the actual coffee packages. Great packaging, a small free package of coffee. My only concern is why, or how, your company can sell this coffee at the price you do. When I looked at the producers website, they are selling this for $69. 65 per pound. Maybe it's because of the volume business you do that you can offer it at this price. Regardless, I'm a customer for life.
