I just recently started buying this coffee, and I'm very happy with it. This and the French blend are among the best I've ever tasted them. I alternate between the two of them now--the French blend gives me the strong morning brew I like at breakfast, and the Maui gives me a smooth, flavourful cup throughout the day. After dinner, I drink Espresso decaf, another of my favourites.

We bought one of those Philips espresso machines when I one day awakened and said this Tim Hortons coffee we’ve been drinking everyday for the last ten years is starting to taste putrid (maybe different beans or bad crop. I don’t know). Anyways, our new machine just gobbles coffee beans to make one good cup( and we needed some way to have great coffee without remortgaging the house! Well this combo pack is it!! Note that this is NOT for espresso - your espresso will get very bitter with this beans. But, once I tried french press, the bitterness was completely gone and I got a great cup of joe. Probably also works for pour over, but I never tried that. The flavour profile is similar to the famous Jamaica Blue Mountain. Very impressive!

It seems too simple to say a coffee called Gold Star is the best ever -but it simply is. The descriptions of both mmmmMocha and Bolivian match perfectly to the brew. After ordering the first time fresh roasted coffee to Goldstar, I can’t go back to use the coffee that I can find on the stores, I started looking for local roasters on my city, but I just can’t the same quality and variety of coffee. For me, my favorite one is the Jamaica Blue Mountain, I can just find it at GoldStar Coffee. The Kona coffee is and extremely good quality as well, so clean. I wish to have it in Half pound packaging to have a even better flexibility.
