This company stands by their 100% satisfaction quarantee like no other company I have ever dealt with. There was an issue with my order (turns out it was my fault, I ordered the wrong coffee) and they sent me what I had wanted (which I should have ordered) at no extra charge plus an additional lb of coffee!<br>I will only order from Gold Star from now on, this is simply the best Jamaican Blue coffee I've ever had and fresh (unlike some other companies).<br>Plus, you actually get to speak to a "live" person!

Have been purchasing Kona coffee from Gold Star for more than 5 years. The product quality if far above any other 100% Kona product available, the service is outstanding and the cost is better than any other provider. We have tried the other coffees available from Gold Star and everyone of them is of the highest quality, and freshly roasted. Have never had a bad cup of coffee from any of the coffee selections we have tried. Highly recomend to anyone looking for a high qulaity fresh roasted coffee!

Bought some Goldstar about 10 years ago, searching for good Kona and Jamaica Blue Mtn. Usually buy 4 to 15 lbs at a time. Always buy whole bean, though they do have ground ad K-cups. I dont recall buying any other coffee since! We even grind some in advance and take with us on vacation.<br>They roast on order and usually ship on day of order or following. Always send a package or two of a premium coffee as a gift. So they are AAAA+ on quality, AAAA+ on service and AAAA+ on competitive pricing and AAAA+ on variety. Shipping is free and quick. Their online store has some of the best coffees in the world. They also have unroasted green coffee for the home roasters.

I wanted to share my 1st experience with Gold Star Coffee. I went to Hawaii last year and fell in love with the coffee, even visited the Kona region and toured the plantations. I ordered 4 lbs of the Hawaii Kona Extra Fancy and am very satisfied. Perfect roast, great taste, low acid just as described. The only way it could have been a better cup is if I went back to Hawaii, and while I love the islands, it is still too expensive to justify the trip for a cup of coffee! This will be my supplier of choice as the quality exceeded the already great price. Amazing value!

Excellent and reliable coffee bean distributor. I've been ordering from Gold Star for several years now and .. clearly.. very much enjoy the beans. I usually get 10-16 lbs of roasted whole beans per shipment, and grind enough for each mornings brew. I like 28 gm per (14 oz) cup and wife prefers 18-20 gm. Every shipment is reliable, very prompt, and high quality that doesn't vary in quality or experience. I like this! The little bonus bag is always interesting and appreciated as well.

They roast the beans after your order has been placed.There's usually a sample bag if you spend x amount of dollars, and free s&h if you spend over $60.00. Customer service is friendly and fast.
