We've been buying their coffee (Jamaican Blue Mountain, Puerto Rican Yauco, and the lovely Hawaiian blend 50th, among others) for a couple of years now. Amazing freshly roasted beans. Always delivered promptly and always with the best customer service. A couple of times I forgot to include the promo code for free gifts, and they reminded me and included the free coffee gift in my order anyway!! Truly fitting company name.

My wife is a huge coffee addict. Before finding Gold Star Coffee she would do her daily trips to Starbucks, dropping $6-$7 per drink easy. I'm not even sure how we first found out about GSC but so glad I made the order and years later we haven't stopped ordering 10lbs at a time. My wife's favorite is the Jamaican Peaberry at $18/lb. One bag easily lasts 2 weeks. So do you want to pay $98 (14x$7) at Starbucks or make your own fresh coffee at home without all the lines and hassle for $18?<br><br>Even though Gold Star is a Canadian company...I was collecting donations for the Chico fires in California a few years ago. Someone from the company quickly responded and without hesitation they donated huge boxes of coffee that I was able to take to the Red Cross centers in Chico.

If you want the best coffee at the most reasonable price in the world, Gold Star is the place, bar none. Maybe I didn’t look hard enough, but GS is, so far, the only place I can order Panama Geisha fresh off the annual auction lot(just ordered it last week for this year’s), at a really good deal.<br>After 3 years and 40+ lbs of great tasting coffee, GS has never failed to deliver the best quality, best customer service. From time to time, they come up with new variety that also taste awesome!<br>Try them yourself, you will be happy.

I would like to thanks the staff who handled my order.<br>(Sorry, I forgot to get his name.) I forgot to add the promo code when I placed the order, He added it for me. Then something went wrong with the packing, the bonus coffee did not included in the package. I sent am email back just wondering, not really asked for it. He called me and delivered the bonus coffee to my home with a lovely gift. I will say from the people who work for this company, we can see that whole picture of the company. Over the last 3 years I have purchase hundred's of pounds of coffee as part of a customer satisfaction program where I give free coffee out to people. I also match whatever I pay for the coffee and donate the other half to charities to feed orphanages around the world. A win/win for everyone. BTW. I don't drink coffee but the happiness on coffee lover's face is priceless and knowing that we are feeding children is double the joy I have doing it. For the last 3 years I have been ordering the 6lb combo 3-4 times a year and the coffee is always delivered fast and fresh. I mostly like Kona and Jamaican and have also really enjoyed the 645 and Esmeralda as well as various others. This is the real deal and very economical. Great job!

We ordered the low acid varieties as I get heartburn from coffee usually but am completely committed to my guilty pleasure ;). I found Gold Start online and was VERY impressed with their great customer service and prompt shipping. Very fast and very professional. Will order again! Product is amazing!! Sure beats ordering from LifeBoost coffee in the USA. Just as good or better and no duty and exchange fees!! Cheers!

I ordered some JBM (Wallenford Estates dark roast) coffee on December 10th. Received it on December 16th! That’s amazing to come from Canada to Oklahoma in just 6 days! I been ordering here before the Pandemic and haven't stopped. I've tried just about every brand of coffee there is, and although there are some brands where it taste too musky or dry to my liking, most are just beyond epic. This is the best and most trusted place I order Jamaican Blue Mountain from (that's my favourite), but I definitely try out other rare strains that come from time to time, as much as I can. Look for my coffee reviews on their site for further details.<br><br>Service is also second to no one - you do your order and usually arrives within the first week, if not next business day (which is impressive). When the package arrive, depending on how much you order, you get it neatly packed (not just thrown in), and when you open that first seal you won't forget the aroma. So pleasant regardless of strain. I have yet to have an issue with any order, so I can't testify to their support when having an issue - but I can tell you there were times I forgot a promo code (likely cause I didn't read the email) and they remember for you. That's extra mile service you just won't get anywhere.<br><br>Finally pricing: more than fair given you get to select the type of brew and cut you need. I typically choose between fine grind and espresso (for my press). I find their most expensive coffee is priced to match the most expensive you'd find at a retailer (Costo, Wal-mart), the difference is, those retailers just can't compete as their brands, well suck comparing to Gold Star. Star Bucks, Tim Hortons, Nescafe, Nabob, none of them even come close to matching the quality, freshness, aroma, flavour of Gold Star coffee.<br><br>You won me over for life, my wife and son too. Thank you, we value your coffee as we know you value our business. You'd be fool not to give this company a try, whether you are business, or just want home use.
