I've been hesitant of a bold roast thinking it would be too bitter. However, this is an amazing coffee! I like it better than the other coffees I usually buy. I wish I could get this organically. My next order will mostly consist of the Espresso Fantastico. I only drink espresso unless I'm at a restaurant and I'm stuck with what they have. Usually watered down coffee.

I roast the Kona and the Jamaican Blue Peaberry. Both are great, smooth coffees that at medium roast never fail to satisfy.
Impressive
The quality of the beans looks great. The roast is a deep medium and consistent along the whole batch. Just taking in the rich aroma as I wait a few more days for the co2 to release so I have a proper bloom.
Jamaican Clue Mountain is so smooth yet complex
This time I ordered Jamaican Blue Mountain whole bean. Once again I am blown away at the difference from the coffee I once drank. I am by no means a coffee connoisseur but when you first have a truly good coffee you don't have to be. First couple of sips is all it takes. The difference is amazing. I had a few questions before I ordered and called the CS line. A real person answered and we actually had a conversation. I am sorry I did not get his name but a truly good guy. Great CS and great coffee. If you want a better coffee experience you owe it to yourself to try Gold Star.

I have no negative comments with respect to the product and service you advertise so the review is submitted as great. HOWEVER, I would prefer to have my coffee (Kenya AA) medium roasted instead of city roast. Is this possible for a relatively small order of 4 lbs?
