These are the BEST beans to grind if you want a perfect ROBUST cup of coffee! They are always fresh! Totally worth every penny! You will NOT be disappointed!! I will never use another off the shelf brand or spend 5-8 bucks for a cup! Dunkin/Starbucks is weak in comparison!

I've been ordering coffee from Gold Star for several years. Although I recently relocated to the US, my last order didn't change a bit. The coffee was delivered quickly, as usual, with all the requested items. Typically, I opt for the custom combo coffee pack of 6lb to get a better price and receive a bonus small bag of promotional coffee. The coffee selection is amazing, and the roast and taste have been consistent between batches, which is what matters most to me.

I was trying to combine another bag with the 1lb sampler for free shipping, but at checkout it doesn't automatically wave the shipping fee. I wish there are more options for small orders of 2lbs of coffee each time. As I always enjoy fresh coffee, 4lbs is a lot for me.

The price tag is on the higher side, but this is very delicious. I found the description very accurate - smooth, sweet, slightly acidic, and very clean and smooth finish. So if this fits your taste, I'd say give it a try.

The Mexican coffee that I ordered from you is much different than we’ve had before. Also, II ordered a perc grind and it’s not what we like, as far as the grind goes. There are three other beans that we ordered in the whole bean state. We will grind them here and see how we like them.

Got the Kona / Blue Mountain Keurig Pods. Have tried both now and the taste is fantastic. . . so smooth and no bitter edge. I expected no less having ordered the ground blue mountain in past. What set this order apart was when I needed some customer service, and boy, did I get it. My order was shipped Fed-Ex and then eventually Canada Post. Within 2 days Fed-Ex was reporting a delay due to weather. After a week the shipment finally started moving again. . . some delay. At least Fed-Ex shipment updates were happening. When Canada Post took over I got 1 notification, then nothing for several days. At this point I left an email with Gold Star indicating among other things, the slow, crappy shipping was risking me buying more in future as I didn't want to have to deal with shipping delays anymore as this sort of delay had happened with previous orders too. Literally within 5 minutes, at 9 in the evening I got a phone call to discuss what was happening, to promise for them to call and deal with the shipping the next day and to indicate there are other shipping methods, and I just need to indicate which I prefer. . . within 5 minutes of my mail. So with great product and better customer service, I'm a fan of Gold Star Coffee and will use again in future.
