I've been ordering from Gold Star for several years and I really don't have one complaint. The coffee is superior to anything else I've tried and the customer service is great. I've had one delivery issue over the years and one coffee I wasnt crazy about. Both issues were not only handled but went beyond my expectation. I've really enjoyed trying coffees from all over the world and I feel most of their pricing is reasonable in comparison to what I would buy at the grocery store. Well done Gold Star, in a world where customer service usually doesn't shine anymore.

I discovered blue mountain coffee while visiting Jamaica. It's the most delicious coffee I've ever had. I bought this coffee for my dad for Christmas. He's a coffee freak. Freshly roasted and I mean fresh, packaged well. Quick delivery! Purchased whole bean and when we grind exact amount for our drip coffee maker this coffee is out of this world! If you don’t know how to make coffee proprtly don’t waste your money. This coffee is far too good to put in a cheap coffee maker when it hasn’t been ground in a burr grinder and made as this coffee should be. I will be buying from this company over and over. Their Hawaiian and Tanzania is out of this world as well.

Coffee from this company is hands-down top quality, freshly roasted and packaged well. Super fast delivery. I purchased two other different brands that were both amazing as well. We know how to make coffee. We have a top-of-the-line coffee maker, weigh out our beans and grind them in a burr grinder etc. I’m not sure I would consider using anybody else’s coffee as all the brands taste so amazing, are FRESHLY ROASTED and delivery is fast! This is my go to company and we will be purchasing more.

I'm so glad I found Gold Star coffee. The low acid coffee is ambrosia - no sacrifice on depth of flavor to make it easy on my stomach. The little things matter, here. They offer an excellent half-caf in Nightwish, I can get it ground for my percolator for those times I don't feel like grinding and the shipping is fast. Well packaged and very reasonably priced for premium, ethically sourced coffee. Every bean I've tried has been delecious. Top shelf in every way.

I have used a few well known names previously and they all failed poorly at a point and worse did not resolve easily when issues did arise. I’ve been using Gold Start now for several year (prob 7-8yrs or so) and have been virtually flawless in all that time. There were a couple of issues but George ALWAYS called me directly (from my emails) and went WAY beyond anything I would have asked for to resolve. They would have to fail miserably multiple times for me to leave them now and I certainly do not see that happening. Oh, and the coffee (usually Wallenford Estate JBM) is FABULOUS every single time without fail. I don't often leave reviews but have for these folks a couple times because they deserve the recognition in my opinion so worth doing so. Not many companies operate like this anymore.
